FAQ's

You’ve Got Questions. We’ve Got Answers.

Will my dog have to share a space?

Unless the dogs are from the same home, or already well established friends (with permission from all owners), they will have their allocated sleeping space to themselves. Dogs will have the chance to interact with others on walks and during playtime in the yard.

Do you accept all dogs?

Prior to accepting dogs into our care, we do require a meet and greet. These are important to ensure that dogs and owners are comfortable with our facilities, and what we have to offer. It also helps us confirm that your dog(s) will be a good fit and that we can provide the high level of care we pride ourselves on.

* Puppies must be at least 36 weeks and potty trained.

What can I do to help ensure my pets comfort?

If your pet has a special bed, blanket, toy, or all of the above, please bring them along. We will do what we can to help make your pet comfortable but also welcome some comforts of home that will help them relax. These items will not be accessible to other guests.

Will my dogs diet be maintained?

Absolutely. Owners will have to bring enough food and treats for the stay so that their diet is not disrupted - extra food is always a good idea to be prepared for the unexpected. Leftovers are sent home, so it will not be wasted. We will also record the regular feeding schedule and do our best to follow your schedule.

What about medications?

If your pet is on medication then let's have a conversation. We will administer medication in pill, liquid or cream form. If the medication requires the use of a needle, we will have to make a decision of acceptance on a case-by-case basis.

Will my dog be exercised?

They will! We have a fully fenced in area for dogs to play together. We also have a large open space great for running and playing fetch, though this will only be utilized for dogs with good recall. If your dog is more of a free spirit, they will be taken for on leash walks and hikes, or stay in the fenced area.

What do you supply?

Aside from a lot of love, we do have extra supplies on hand including beds, toys, leashes, dishes, and the occasional homemade treat. Again, you are welcome to bring supplies from home, but we have your covered for common items that may have been forgotten.

What about extended stays?

Of course pets are welcome to stay in our cabin-style dog kennels for extended periods of time. If you are traveling for 3 weeks or more, let us know your travel dates and we will provide a quote specifically considering the stay duration.

How does payment work?

We do require full payment on or before the drop-off time. We accept etransfers or cash.

What if I need to cancel?

Advanced booking will require a 25%  deposit. If the booking is canceled more than 14 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded to you.
